Inspired by liberatory harm reductionists' respect for the autonomy and dignity of every person, and the family preservation movement's  courageous disruption of the "common sense" beliefs held by far too many regarding who deserves to be a parent, High Hopes Parenting Collective aims to disrupt stigmatizing beliefs regarding parents who use drugs, even and especially when internalized, provide a space where community can thrive, and  promote self-empowerment.
